Daisy Mountain Fire has 3 brush trucks which are 4 wheel drive vehicles able to navigate off road for challenging terrain. We also have 3 water tankers to support firefighting in areas without fire hydrants. Daisy Mountain Fire’s Wildfire division has highly trained members able to be deployed nationally. These members are utilized in positions on National Incident Management Teams, All Hazards Incident Management Teams and specialized wildfire firefighting positions. These deployments allow for the wildfire division members to provide assistance to communities in need while obtaining unique experience and skills that they bring back to serve our community.
