Annual and Semi-annual inspection/service reports shall be uploaded to Daisy Mountain Fire District as soon as possible, within 30 days of the inspection. Different system types require a separatae upload.

Fire protection and life safety system contractors shall be qualified and licensed via the Az Registrar of Contractors to perform their respective work.
