NEW CPR Class on May 17th 2024 at 6:00 pm in Desert Hills Area

Bystander CPR plays a crucial role in saving lives during medical emergencies such as cardiac arrest. When someone experiences sudden cardiac arrest, immediate intervention is essential to maintain blood flow and oxygenation to vital organs until professional help arrives. Bystander CPR can double or even triple the chances of survival for the victim, significantly increasing their likelihood of a positive outcome. By initiating CPR promptly, bystanders buy precious time for emergency responders to arrive and provide advanced medical care. Furthermore, bystander CPR empowers ordinary individuals to become heroes in their communities, as their quick actions can make a lifesaving difference for someone in distress. July 27th, 2024 CAVE CREEK Car Seat Event

We will be hosting a Car Seat event in the CAVE CREEK area. Be on the look for a flyer with further information.

Constant supervision is crucial whenever children are near water, whether it's a pool, lake, or bathtub, as accidents can happen in an instant. Additionally, ensuring that children wear appropriate flotation devices and understand basic water rescue techniques can provide an extra layer of protection. By prioritizing water safety education and supervision, we can help prevent tragic accidents and keep our children safe around water.

Arizona's scorching summer months not only bring intense heat but also create prime conditions for wildfires and brush fires to ignite and spread rapidly. The combination of high temperatures, low humidity, and dry vegetation increases the fuel potential for wildfires, posing a significant risk to both rural and urban areas. As vegetation dries out under the relentless sun, it becomes highly combustible, making it easier for fires to start and challenging for firefighters to contain them. It's essential for residents to remain vigilant and take proactive measures to mitigate the risk of wildfires during the summer season.

Upon Completion of the 20 hour class, you will be qualified to participate in a CERT Volunteer Team.
